This project addresses 4 front balconies to ensure restoring and reconstructing the existing balconies to the original design. Exchanging apprehended conditions with the client, structural engineer, city, and general contractor were all comprehended. While preserving the aesthetic that’ll creating a safe outdoor area, utilizing modern structural elements were essential to this project.
