Clay's game room is an addition to a mid-century ranch house in Denver's Ruby Hill neighborhood. Clay wanted to expand his 1,400 sq. ft. home, so we designed a. lounge space between his office, and new primary ensuite bedroom

this 700sf addition that includes a primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The area between the house and bedroom is a spacious game room with room for sectional couches, a large TV, and game consoles. An existing bedroom was turned into an office, featuring a custom pocket door leading to the game room

the existing back yard needed some help, and the owner didn’t like the swamp cooler. we really wanted to design a new addition that fit with the existing. we also wanted to upgrade the patio, and the potential to entertain and chill in the back yard.
the end product really added value to the house, and delighted the home owner
