ASTORINO BUILDING ARTS JOURNAL #1
It’s been a busy summer for ABA. Denver architecture has really been flourishing, (knock on wood) and our own style of architecture has found a great home in Denver.
Since June, we have seen several project get permitted, and a construction kick offs. We have seen spring projects get final inspections, and C/O’s. We have seen a legacy project get it Certificate of Occupancy, and some long forgotten projects come back on board for redesign, or the final push to CD’s after client funding has been accrued.
We did say good by to an intern, good luck in grad school Marcus, and welcomed a new intern from the University of Colorado, welcome Maciah!
We have been working a lot on ADU s (additional dwelling units) helping clients maximize their plots in Denver and the surrounding communities.
